A plan suited for anyone, regardless of fitness level or experience. Using a tried and tested phasing system, be assured that your goals will be met in a systematic and consistent manner.  All you need is the willingness to make a difference, and a never-giving-up attitude, and we'll get you started! 

Ad Hoc 1-1 Session

If you wish to find out why 1-1 sessions with me have proven time and time again to be extremely effective and efficient in achieving your fitness goals, but aren't ready to commit full-time, I completely understand. This is a life-changing process, and it's understandable that you might need the time to test the waters. This Ad-hoc plan is well suited for individuals like you. 

10-Session Package (1 hour each)*
20 -Session package: (1 hour each)**

Highly recommended for those who are determined to see results once and for all. These packages will allow me to follow up with you closely, allowing me to understand how your body responds to specific training and diet styles, allowing me to design the program especially for you. No two people are exactly alike (and yes, that includes identical twins), just like my programs. Having an accountability partner helps with achieving your goals, too. 

*Package will expire in 2 months. Any unused sessions cannot be carried forward. Strictly no cancellations allowed once the training date has been set. Rescheduling of a booked session will be allowed up to 2 days before the original date. Additional charges apply for travel to location of client's choice. Competition Prep

The training and nutrition regimentation in this package is customised to each individual client specifically to ensure that they look their absolute best for the event that they are preparing for. Understand that you will DEFINITELY be challenged beyond what you have ever experienced, both physically and mentally. As such, this package is not for the faint of heart or for those who are unwilling to adhere to the programme to the absolute detail. What I can guarantee, is that when followed closely, this will be one of the most rewarding experiences that you will have in your life, and that you will see your physique change in ways you never thought possible. What is this?

In my opinion, competitions are the epitome of bodybuilding. It is the culmination of all of your efforts, presented to a panel of judges against others who have done the same, if not more. Unlike casual lifting, competition preparation consists of phases that specifically prepare you to look your absolute best on show day. Ever wondered what water manipulation was? Is there really a need to run a peak week? These are the questions the answers to which depends on each person's specific genetics. Being in such a peak condition is unsustainable, and the journey to achieving it is no short of gruesome. But believe me. To stand on that stage, knowing that you've given your all to be there, is an unparalleled feeling that very few people on this planet get to experience. Question is, are you up for the challenge? 

Who is this for?

If you're someone who's looking for a purpose in working so hard in the gym, someone who's admired the greats in bodybuilding (My hero will always be Ronnie Coleman, for the mindset he brings into training) and would like to do the same, or simply would like to have a photoshoot for memory sake, this is the package for you. Both men and women can apply for this package! All I require is a never-giving-up spirit and meticulous adherence to any plans given.

Men's Physique posing 

What is this?

Having worked so hard to get into contest-ready shape, it is crucial that you display it to the panel of judges in the most elegant way possible. Posing is an art form; something that many people neglect to the last minute or totally disregard, not realising that a perfectly crafted posing routine can mean the difference between a winner and second place. Realise that every person out there has a different optimal posing routine, based on how their body structure is like.  Being a seasoned Men's Physique competitor myself, allow me to introduce to you the various nuances of posing you never knew existed. With a perfected posing routine, your chances of winning against guys that are structurally better than you become more than just a mere possibility. Currently, I only offer posing classes for the Men's Physique category.  Look forward to future updates!
